UNANIM began more than a decade ago as a one-man mission by Mihnea Opartan (Herodot) — DJ and producer from Romania’s underground electronic scene.
It started from a need to understand sound deeper — how it behaves, how it shapes emotion, how it defines space.
What began in small rooms and improvised studios turned into a study of precision.
Years of working in clubs, recording rooms, and venues that either worked or didn’t — learning how to make sound behave instead of fighting against it.
UNANIM grew from that discipline.
Today it’s a collective of artists, engineers, and designers — each one contributing a different craft, all working under the same method: listen first, then build.
We design and construct spaces where sound performs exactly as it was intended when created.
Studios, venues, homes, or outdoor environments — all guided by the same principle: no guesswork.
We take the room, and the problems that come with it, out of the equation.
Sound isn’t decoration.
It’s structure, pressure, and movement — the invisible architecture of experience.
